Cupping

Cupping is a therapy in which glass or plastic cups are placed on the skin to create a suction effect. This technique is often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to stimulate blood flow, promote healing, and alleviate muscle tension. The cups can be left in place or moved across the skin in a massage-like manner. After the cups are removed, circular marks may appear on the skin, but these typically fade over a few days.
